Off Season Weight Lifting

Off Season lifting Started Jan 4th for all 2012 Varsity and JV players. Current 8th graders may not participant in Off Season Weight Lifting.

We lift Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2:30 to 3:45. Attendance is good with 45-50 Varsity and 30-35 JV players attending, lets keep the numbers up, hold each other accountable and remember we need to win the off season battle if we expect win in November.

Important planning and preparation activities are taking place right now for the 2012 football season. We need a strong parent and community support to build our football program. We hope to see many parents and interested community members at the Football Booster meetings this year!

2012 Sports Physicals

Every player MUST have a SPORTS PHYSICAL dated after April 15th 2012, on file with the High School Athletic office prior to ANY practices, NO EXCEPTIONS!! Sports Physical Cards may be picked up at the High School Athletic office or downloaded HERE.

Please know that you MUST have an MHSAA SPORTS PHYSICAL card signed by your Doctor, a note from the Doctor will NOT meet this requirement contrary to what your Doctor my tell you we will need this MHSAA card signed and completed prior to any practice.

NOTE The athletic office will NOT be open during our Summer Conditioning, therefore, you will need 2 copies of your completed MHSAA card, one will be given to your Coach at your first practice. The other will be put UNDER the door at the athletic office, your Coach will be NOT be responsible for delivering your card to the office. Please keep the original at home because with nearly 200 kids in the program there are times that things do come up missing.

Our 2012 Pre-Season Kickoff Pasta Dinner details are as follows:

  • Brick Street
  • Pasta Dinner & Silent Auction
  • Cost $15 per person
